Fitting Instructions

    • Wear directly on your skin as the initial layer.
    • Use the tag to help confirm proper placement of the band.
    • Wear with tag upright, and aligned directly over your spine, with the tag away from the skin.
    • The front vertical seam aligns to your midline and just below the belly button.

Wear Instructions

    • BalanceWear Active should ONLY be worn for 1-2 hour periods for the first 5 days.
    • Gradually increase the duration of wear over the next two weeks, adding 1 to 2 hours per day.
    • By Week 4 integrate BalanceWear Active into your full daily routine for optimal results.
    • If discomfort arises, remove BalanceWear Active and reintroduce it once your discomfort resolves. Restart your transition to use at day 1.
    • Overnight wear is not recommended.

Wash Instructions

    • DO NOT wash the BalanceWear Active weights! Remove from garment and set aside.
    • Wash ONLY the garment using a gentle cycle, then air dry.
    • To reassemble, place fully dry BalanceWear Active garment on a flat surface with tag upright and nearest you.
    • Replace both weights, placing the “L” labeled weight back into the LEFT panel, and the “R” labeled weight back into the RIGHT panel.
    • Your personalized garment is now ready to be worn.
